What is AB/DL?
AB/DLs, or Adult Babies and Diaper Lovers, are adults who engage in age play, specifically role-playing as infants or toddlers, or have a fondness for diapers. This can involve behaviors like wearing diapers, using baby talk, or engaging with infantile items such as pacifiers and baby clothes.
It’s crucial to emphasize that AB/DL activities are consensual and solely involve adults. Despite the infantilism aspect, AB/DLs are not interested in minors, and their activities do not involve children in any way. This community is about adults exploring a specific form of role-play and expression, often as a means of stress relief, comfort, or exploring different aspects of their identity in a safe, consensual, and non-judgmental environment.
